How will delivery take place?
The products will be delivered to you within 7 working days through our own distribution channel in your city.

We currently ship to Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Nagpur, Cochin, Patna, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Indore, Jaipur, Lucknow, Noida, Pune & Raipur. In case your location is not listed here please check with us if we can service your request in the desired location

What are your shipping charges?
As of this moment we provide free shipping to destinations listed above. In case shipping charges apply it shall clearly be mentioned on the website

Can I cancel the order after placing?
You can cancel your order anytime before actual shipment takes place. In all cases you will receive a call from our local channel to fix the date and time for delivery. Once you confirm the shipment the order cannot be cancelled.

What happens in case you cannot make delivery?
In case we are unable to deliver your product for any reason (Stock Out etc.), you will receive intimation from us. At this point you may shift to an alternate product (if it meets your requirements) or cancel the order. In case of credit card payments the charge will not be captured and you will not be charged anything on your card

What about damage in shipment?
Since we do not ship by courier there is minimal chance of damage in transit. Even after manual delivery if the product is found to be in a damaged condition before use it would be replaced with an undamaged piece

How will the payment appear on my Credit Card?
Online payments are handled for us Bajaj Electricals. The charge on your credit card will show Bajaj Electricals Ltd. as the merchant

What is the return policy?
You may cancel the order anytime before the product is delivered to you. In this case if you have paid by credit card the charge will be reversed. However once you have taken delivery of the product we will not accept any return. The product will however be under warranty.
